CRE Blurb is a free daily commercial real estate briefing built for students and young professionals in the industry, providing fresh market data and news about the daily moves in commercial real estate.

How each issue is made

Each morning, a script gathers the latest commercial real estate news and public market data. Claude, an AI model, drafts the issue in plain English from those linked sources. Every number (rates, prices, odds) is filled in automatically from public data and is never typed by the AI. Robert reviews every issue before anything is published.
